After initial outreach, we will connect through a client intake call. You will invest a little time up front so that we can gather information about your trip goals and travel preferences. You'll let us know who's going, when and where you want to go, and what you want from your trip. We will talk about your budget, your expectations and our fees.
Soon after your intake call (usually within 24 hours), you'll receive a Travel Planning Agreement to sign, which helps to make sure that we are on the same page about your expectations, the goals for your trip, our Terms and Conditions and the product we will deliver to you.
This is when the excitement really kicks in! About a week after you sign your Travel Planning Agreement, we'll send you a proposed itinerary for your vacation, including trip payment options and terms. See an example of our itineraries here.
If, and as needed, we will refine our proposal to ensure that the options selected for your vacation meet your needs.
We will finalize your plans and make sure we agree on any outstanding items to be added later. Most often, payment in part or full will be due at this step.
