We see our clients as partners, and the fees we charge help to cover our costs to research, plan, modify, and document the components of your trip so that you can focus on everything else in your busy life. We strive to create lasting client relationships that are built on mutual trust. We back that up with a Service Assurance Program. If you return from your booked trip and feel that the service we provided as your travel advisor failed you, we will refund the Planning and Booking service fee that you paid to our agency for the trip.

You Too Can Go is committed to providing the optimal recommendations to our clients based on their travel goals, without regard to supplier incentives. This means that we operate our business as a service provider, not as a clearing house for specials and incentives made to advisors. We always have a focus on value for the client, but following the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) Code of Ethics for travel advisors, we will not lead a client towards any decisions that unduly enrich the agency while disadvantaging the client.
